Where They're From (what movie or tv show): He's my sister's OC
History (give us a brief explanation of how they came to be here): Zess was also created by Disney but instead of telling his daughter about him (Zess), he decided to keep it a secret, it wasn't until later that Nat knew that her father created Zess, she uses him for information, she knows that he can and will flirt with the female Canine's in order to get the information that she needs.
He prefers to flirt with the ladies and play with his card deck, but Nat isn't the only one that gets the info she needs, he'll give out information to anyone for a pay of any kind of meat. He can be considered a Neutral to both sides, often working for the highest meat bidder.
He's considered a thief as well by Nat which she uses to her advantage against both the Animatronics and Pepper's group, she knows how he is with the ladies, and that's how she would get her information by having him flirt with them in order to get the info she needs, but now he works alongside Speks in order to keep his fellow Animatronics in check.
