Where they're from: None. Oc pup.
History: Disney wanted to make a toy. One that ever child wanted. Disney had his employees find a puppy for the testing. They found Pepper. The poor puppy went through a lot of pain and surgery to make a her a toy. To make her a robotic puppy the employees had to wipe her memory. However it didn't work with Pepper. In the end the toy idea was scrapped and she was sent to Disney world, with all the other animatronics.
